Our core competence lies in the coating of rollers and waves with thick-walled telfon up to a length of 200 cm. Including cerium tension we can unwind the complete manufacturing process inhouse. The teflon is drawn up by means of a special procedure on the new carrier material and is stuck together. The special bonding process creates a strong bond between teflon and substrate (stainless steel), which can also be mechanically stressed. The thick-walled teflon coating is extreme lubricious and distinguishes itself by special longevity!
